![]() Unrelated to the spaniels, the Tibetan Spaniel is thought to have been in existence since the 7th century. Its origins are obscure. Coat: Moderately long and silky in texture; shorter on face and fronts of legs; feathering on ears, backs of legs and tail. Color: All solid colors and mixtures. Features: Head small in proportion to body; dark brown, expressive eyes; medium-size pendant cars; tail set on high, richly plumed, and carried curled over the back. Size: Height: 10 in. Weight: 9-15 lb. Car© Energetic; enjoys a good romp; coat needs regular grooming. Character: Intelligent, good with children; makes a splendid housepet.
